About

@STAKE AI Edition is an interactive stakeholder simulation set within the fictional Meridian Project, where an organisation is introducing artificial intelligence across its workforce and services. Players explore an interactive organisational map, examine evidence and consider perspectives from employees, service users, management, technology providers, privacy and data governance specialists, and regulatory interests. Across six connected decisions, players weigh competing priorities involving access to AI, data privacy, human oversight, accountability, workforce impacts and the expansion of AI across the organisation. Their choices influence stakeholder impacts, trigger new Stakeholder Pulse reactions and create consequences that may emerge later in the simulation. An unexpected AI failure challenges players to reconsider earlier decisions and balance innovation with safety, trust and responsibility. With Senior Secondary and Higher Education learning pathways, @STAKE AI Edition encourages learners to analyse evidence, recognise trade-offs and develop a defensible judgement about the responsible adoption and governance of artificial intelligence in organisations.
