Sub-processors

This page lists the third-party sub-processors edu.games engages to operate the platform, referenced in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Each sub-processor is bound by data protection terms consistent with our own obligations to institutions.

International Transfers
Some sub-processors may store or process data outside your country. Where a transfer from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland requires a safeguard, it is covered by the mechanisms described in our Data Processing Agreement.
Changes to This List
We review this list periodically. Institutions with a Data Processing Agreement in place may request to be notified of new sub-processors or changes, and may object on reasonable grounds, by emailing legal@edu.games.
